TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Turnaround times are finalized based upon receipt
of data source, schedule availability, films, printed materials, and
customer order.
- Purchase orders must state "Electronic Media Solutions"
and be signed by authorized parties.
- Transportation of finished goods may be billed
separately, but to the same purchase agreement.
- Third party billing is available for shipping of
finished goods.
- Credit terms subject to credit approval.
- CD Audio requires a sign off document prior to
any manufacturing.
- The availability of expediting orders is based
on scheduling and time of year.
- Day (0) begins when all of the above is fulfilled.
- Additional rush charges may apply. Prices are subject
to change.
- Business days are considered Monday through Friday
8:00AM - 5:00PM - Eastern Time.
- All quotes are considered to be valid for 30 business
days.
