Quality Control Analysis

• We utilize the CD Associates QT-2 CD Analyzer to perform our quality control functions
  
  
• This equipment checks digital measurements including BLER, E11, E21, E31, Burst, E12, E22, and E32 (uncorrectable)
  
  
• The analyzer also checks analog measurements including Modulation Amplitude, Pit Symmetry, Crosstalk, Radial Noise, Push/Pull (magnitude), and Radial and Vertical Acceleration
  
  
• A comprehensive test is performed on each in order to insure the product meets the industry's accepted standards
